"Make sure that the hiring and promotion process only rewards desired behaviors. Introducing mandatory psychometric testing can help. The related observation I would make is that leaders find it very hard to exit bad people. It’s like in marketing when they say if you get good service, you tell one person but when it’s bad you tell 100. The same goes for turning a blind eye to bad people."
