Chapter One – Philosophy

We believe leadership and personal growth should inspire, not bore. So we turned real-world insights into storytelling — complete with heroes, humor, and hand-drawn illustrations.

Schuster & Oxley talking with each other

(1.1)              Our frustration with existing career and professional life advice books led us to the conclusion.... we need to do something about it! Existing books are stuck in 50 year old context and don't talk to a modern audience. We have thought deeply about how to help entrepreneurs and professionals in today's world. Our focus is on helping you find and live professional life on your own unique terms.

(1.2)

We tell a 21st Century coming of age story in our books. One that rejects labeling, stereotyping, and outdated dogma. Instead, we discuss how to live professional life on your own terms.
