We recently wrote this article for Training Magazine exploring one of the defining career questions of our time: how do you remain valuable in an age of AI? Rather than focusing on dystopian predictions, we argue that long-term resilience comes from strengthening the capabilities technology still struggles to replicate — judgment, creativity, adaptability, and human connection. As we note in the piece: “The future belongs less to those who compete with machines and more to those who learn to work alongside them.” And perhaps most importantly: “Your competitive advantage may become more human, not less.”
