Congratulations Class of 2023!

This video montage from NBC news caught our eye last week. Of course the theme of commencement addresses is dear to our heart given the role it plays in our forthcoming book #ACareerCarol. However, there is something very uplifting, hopeful, optimistic, positive, and almost euphoric in watching the graduation scenes across America this last month.

Let's put aside analysis, challenges, conflicts, and expectations for a moment. Join us in wishing the class of 2023, everyone, many congratulations and best wishes for the future.
