Increasingly, particularly the Gen Z population, are not comfortable or satisfied with [molding themselves to fit arbitrary corporate stereotypes]. And rightly so. There are real dangers in losing your true identity, or not even taking the time to understand what it is. At an extrinsic, transactional level, careers can seem like a game we are encouraged to play to win… at any cost. This is why we believe it is time to think of career advice more from a much deeper intrinsic perspective.
